Digital West Networks Opens POP In New York Data Center

Digital West Networks, a provider of connectivity, colocation and cloud service, announced an opening of a new East Coast POP in the New York metropolitan area. It is located at through Equinix’s NY2 data center. The company has infrastructure in three California facilities – 11 Great Oaks in San Jose, One Wilshire in Los Angeles. It also runs own facility, based out of San Luis Obispo.

The new fourth POP allows Digital West Networks to build up on its current offerings and to launch colocation, IP transit and VPN solutions in the state of New York and other East Coast markets.

According to Tim Williams, CEO and founder of Digital West Networks the company  is “already looking into its London connection and plans a next turn-up across the Pacific, opening a new Sydney, Australia POP” in Q1 of 2014 .
